CODE OF PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT FOR TRUSTED SERVANTS

Trusted Servants shall strive to be open and tolerant in all matters of the spirit, mind and expression, sharing rather than hoarding, facilitating rather than dominating, caring rather than neglecting, placing principles before personalities and allowing all others to find their own peace and spiritual sanctuary.

All Trusted Servants shall render the utmost respect for the integrity of all individuals, whether or not human, and support the holistic integration of all human communities within the natural ecological ecosystems of the planet, solar system, galaxy and universe. They, along with all members of the congregation, are encouraged to dispel, through both reasoned and intuitive knowledge, the ignorance that breeds fear, needless cravings, anger, rage, hatred, starvation, suffering, illness, abuse, cruelty, neglect, guilt, disease and wasting of life. They are all encouraged to reach for an understanding of the individual integrity protected and preserved but still within the ecological web of Gaiactic, Celestial, Galactic and Universal relationships.

A.  Servants should serve honestly and fairly. The following conduct of trusted servants fails to meet the standards of honest and fair practices applicable to all trusted servants ordained, certified or appointed by the assembly. The commission of any act involving moral turpitude, dishonesty, or corruption relating to the practice of that servant's activities, whether it constitutes a crime or not.

B.  Misrepresentation or conceal-ment of a material fact in obtaining ordination, appointment or certifi-cation or any continuance or reinstatement thereof.

E.  The conduct of servant activities while suffering from addiction to controlled substances, legend drugs or alcoholic beverages.

F.  Failure to cooperate with disciplining authorities by:
 (1) Not furnishing any papers or documents unless maintained in privileged status with the express approval of the competent individual to whom they pertain; (2) Not furnishing in writing, upon request, a full and complete explanation including an explanation of any privilege claimed, covering the matter contained in any complaint filed with the disciplining authority; (3) Not reasonably responding to inquiries of the disciplining authority whether or not the recipient of such information request is accused in any proceeding.

G.  Failure to comply with a directive by the disciplinary authority or an agreement between the disciplinary authority for the discontinuance of anyactivity.

I.  Willful betrayal of privileged matters recognized as privilege by law or recognized custom of the assembly.

J.  Abuse of any member of any congregation.

K.  Failure to respect the legal and civil rights of any person.

L. Interference with an investi-gation or disciplinary proceeding by willful misrepresentation of facts before the disciplining authority or its authorized representative, or by any threats or harassment against any individual, congregation member or witness to prevent the provision of evidence in any disciplinary proceeding or any legal action of such disciplinary authority.

I agree to follow this code of professional ethics. I understand that this code of professional ethics does not bind me, or anyone else who takes it, to any religious dogma, particular faith or profession of faith or particular religious practice but this code does apply to the practice of my activities as a trusted servant while affiliated with a Spiritual Healers and Earth Stewards
Congregation of my choice.
