What Is SHES All About?
THIS IS AN INTRODUCTION TO THE INTERNATIONAL ASSEMBLY OF SPIRITUAL
HEALERS AND EARTH STEWARDS CONGREGATIONS.
Thank you for showing an interest in the purposes and organization
of the Spiritual Healers and Earth Stewards' Congregations and International
Assembly. We hope that this short explanation will be of service.
THE INTERNATIONAL SHES ASSEMBLY.
The congregations are joined together in a loose assembly
of all of the congregations to support their mutual interest. Because of
the respect for individual liberties and congregational autonomy, no dogma
or set of dogmas, no specific rituals, and no specific rights are mandated
by the assembly for any congregation or member. Each congregation may select
or reject such ritual, creeds or dogmas as it chooses consonant with the
spiritual and/or holistic growth of its own membership.
The assembly encourages wide toleration so that Christians,
Jews, Moslems, Hindus, Sikhs, Buddhists, Confucian, Shintoist, Baha'i,
Parsi, Jains, Animist, Thiests, Taoists, Sabians, Gnostics, Zoroastrians,
Magis, Wicans, ancient and tribal religions, pagans, pantheists and others
including even atheists and agnostics can find communion and growth within
congregations of their creation or choice as they sincerely seek or desire
to acknowledge and integrate their own spiritual or otherwise lofty beliefs
or acceptance. As each member of every congregation assumes personal responsibility
for his or her own spiritual growth, so each congregation takes responsibility
for facilitating the growth of its membership through mutually acceptable,
non-abusive, ritual activities, practices and communion.
The SHES assembly supports a new era in religions of
sincere personal responsibility in spiritual growth while maintaining a
universal spiritual and reverent communion between and among all sharing
beings.
SHES share universal spiritual experiences in a religion
that delights and respects basic individual liberties. Despite originating
from a world wide diversity of creeds, practices, doctrines, or names of
god, or gods, theologies or anti- theologies, SHES membership grows from
a sense of universal spiritual enlightenment that can translate into common
religious expressions and tolerant communion among all sentient beings.
SHES's forms a greater fellowship and sisterhood for the
integration of humankind and all sentient beings, both physically and spiritually
and sometimes referred to as holistically, within the biosphere of the
planet, the Gaiactic realm, and that further integration within the celestial,
galactic and universal realms. We seek to develop our own gnosis for our
holistic benefit we come through life to understand it.
